The Exclusive Agreement Shall Expire If:
1. The first quarter did not reach 25% of the annual order quantity.
2. The 2nd and 3rd quarter didn’t reach 20% of the annual order quantity.
3. Annual order quantity is less than 85% of the annual quantity agreed.
4. The customer fails to make up the payment within the specified period.
5. Affixing other brand logos without permission.
